Direct Billing Offered through Telus Health eClaims!

Bring your Plan Member Benefit Card that includes your Policy & Member ID to your next appointment. There will be a form to be completed to allow claim submission to be completed electronically. 

*Direct Billing will only be provided for your Primary Coverage if you hold Secondary Coverage that will have to be submitted by you for reimbursement. 

**Please note that there can be technical difficulties with online claim submissions, therefore in this case you may have to pay upfront for your treatment and be given an official receipt to submit to your group insurer for reimbursement.
